FECO Playbook

Reading Lab Reports: Understanding FECO Product Quality

Purpose of Lab Reports:

    • Lab reports (Certificates of Analysis, or CoAs) show the levels of compounds in FECO and confirm safety.

Key Compounds in FECO:

    • Cannabinoids: Include THC, CBD, and minor cannabinoids like CBG, CBC, and CBN.
    • Terpenes: Work with cannabinoids to enhance effects. Common terpenes include beta-caryophyllene, limonene, and myrcene.

Cannabinoid and Terpene Levels:

    • A good FECO product contains at least 55% total cannabinoids.
    • Ideal terpene content ranges from 0.8% to 3%.

Optimal FECO Products:

    • Look for FECO with a wide range of cannabinoids and terpenes.
    • Products made from multiple Indica strains may offer better therapeutic effects.

Safety Testing:

    • FECO should be tested for residual solvents, pesticides, bacteria, fungi, and heavy metals to ensure safety.
